MAKES 2 CUPS

1 banana 
1 tablespoon lemon juice 
8 ounces vanilla yogurt or nondairy yogurt such as So Delicious Coconut Milk Yogurt 
1 cup milk or nondairy alternative such as almond milk 
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.. Serve immediately.
