Vegan chocolate healthy cupcake
These are homemade dairy free cup cakes which completely melt in your mouth and full of chocolate flavor
- 1 and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup Honey
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup water
Frosting
- 2 cup dairy free sweetened double whipped cream
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp sprinklers

Strain cocoa and whole wheat flour together

beat lemon juice ,baking soda and olive oil together .

Add honey ,vanilla and beat

Add water and mix

Fold in the flour slowly and beat at the lowest speed to form a smooth mixture.

Add the chocolate chips

Bake for 25 minutes at 170 degrees

Allow to cool completely before frosting

Beat the whipped cream till it doubles
