Ingredients:
1 cup Fat-free sour cream
1 tbsp 100%-fruit peach spread
3/4 cup Pineapple chunks canned in juice, drained
1 cup Mandarin oranges canned in light syrup, drained
1cup Miniature colored marshmallows
1 cup Flaked sweetened coconut, toasted without fat
2 tbsp Pecans, chopped and toasted without fat
1 tbsp 100%-fruit peach spread
3/4 cup Pineapple chunks canned in juice, drained
1 cup Mandarin oranges canned in light syrup, drained
1cup Miniature colored marshmallows
1 cup Flaked sweetened coconut, toasted without fat
2 tbsp Pecans, chopped and toasted without fat
Directions:
- Combine sour cream and peach spread in a medium bowl. Mix until blended.
