Microwave Yogurt Cheesecake is a simple and easy to make cheesecake. I have made it without the crust and I know cheesecake ought to have one. I wanted to try something different and I happened to read this somewhere and I wanted to make it in Microwave.
This requires hung curds, which I made at home by using 3/4 cup curds and set overnight. I used it for two requires and used about 1/4th cup for this recipe. This recipe hardly took a minute to get done in the microwave. I wanted to keep it simple and hence didn’t bother about making the crust as I was already making for the other cheesecake I was making along.
While the other one that will come up, has a mass appeal, this one was mostly my dessert. I didn’t add any other flavour to this, except serving with a strawberry compote.

Microwave Yogurt Cheesecake ~ Eggless
Ingredients Needed:
1/4 cup Hung Curds
1/2 cup Condensed Milk + 2 tbsp as per taste
1 tsp Cornflour
How to make Microwave Yogurt Cheesecake
In a bowl, take the hung curds along with condensed milk, beat well.
Next, add the cornflour, pour into the mould you are going to microwave.
Microwave for a minute. Let it sit.
It will set after resting for at least 30 mins.
Serve with Strawberry Compote
- 1/4cup Hung Curds

- 1tsp Cornflour
