''This is a very simple and spicy Indian style vegetable recipe. which is low in calories will be ready in 30 minutes.''
Ingredients:
4 teaspoons oil
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup boiled mixed vegetables
(french beans,carrots,cauliflower,green peas)
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
a pinch garam masala
2 tablespoons cottage cheese (paneer)
1/2 cup tomato gravy
salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onions for 1/2 minute. add the capsicum and tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes. Add the vegetables, chilli powder, garam masala, and salt and cook foe a few minutes.
- transfer mixture into an oven proof serving dish.
- spread the tomato gravy on top and sprinkle a granted cheese (paneer) over it. bake in a hot oven at 200c for 10 minutes.
