1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup fresh blueberries

Ingredients:
1 cup low fat cottage cheese3 large eggs, printed
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup fresh blueberries
Directions:
- Sieve cottage cheese or use a blender to blend till smooth and creamy.
- Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, and oil in a medium bowl. Sift flour, sugar, and salt. Add dry ingredients to the cottage cheese mixture and stir till just moistened. Gently fold in the blueberries. Bake on a lightly greased hot griddle. It's low fat recipe.
