Ingredients:
6 chicken wings, lollipop-style2 tsps Garam masala
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornflour
1/2 teaspoon red food coloring
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon finely chopped green chile peppers
salt and pepper, to season
oil for deep-frying, such as corn, canola,

Directions:
- TO MAKE MARINADE: Combine the soy sauce, red chili powder, vinegar, mix well and make a paste of ginger, garlic, green chillies, pepper powder and garam masala and apply to chicken.
- Next make a batter of all purpose flour and corn flour and add it to the above. Add the water, red food colouring and salt and set aside for some time.
- After marination is done, have a deep-frying vessel and pour oil. Heat the vessel.
- Now start lollipops to fry on a low flame for about 5- 7 minutes. You can check if they are cooked or not my simply immersing a knife or fork. If it goes in and comes out smoothly, the lollipops are cooked.
- To make them crispy, high your gas flame and fry for 2-3 more minutes till they turn a little dark in colour.
