We just completed our Mega BM on a Journey through the cuisines, and its time for the regular edition to begin. We are starting our week 1 of BM#64, themed on Brunch Ideas for Kids, for Kids delight.
Brunch as such was not something that common in our Indian Cuisine. We mostly make our regular Indian Breakfasts. However this concept is catching up and to be on the same lines as the original concept, I did some pancakes for Kids. This was supposed to be for my stuffed dishes many months ago, unfortunately I never came around making it.
I made it this Sunday and the kids were so taken in as it has Nutella that they wanted again. The idea was inspired by this, though I followed my regular pancake recipe
Another Nutella dish that will be apt for Kids Brunch is this Nutella Stuffed Bread
Nutella Stuffed Pancakes

Butter - 1 tsp per pancake
Nutella - 2 tsp per pancake
How to make the Pancake
In a bowl, take in the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder. Slowly add in milk and beat to make a flowing batter consistency. Let it sit for 15 mins.
Heat a nonstick pan with butter, pour one ladleful of batter, simmer and let it get cooked. After 2 mins, drop the Nutella in the centre and pour another ladleful of batter over it.
Continue cooking in simmer, gently flip to the other side. Cook for another 2 mins.
